In Progress — Attic Renovation

One of the projects that is currently in progress that we are so excited about is the third floor in Lauren’s house.  What once was an unusable space is now serving as a small guest room, a play room, and office nook.  It’s the coziest!

So while there’s still lots to do, we wanted to check in and share the before and some progress, too, so you can catch the vision!

As you can see, it was in rough shape — and really this is only a partial “before” photo because you can see they already started adding flooring, which wasn’t originally there.

The progress photo we’re sharing today is actually a bit of an older progress, because since then, the paint has been finished and some furniture has been moved in! (Woohoo!) … but we wanted to give you a peek to get you started!

Okay, okay, we’ll share one more! Here’s a little peek of the office nook and ready to share more!

Left on the to-do list:

  • Hanging lights by desk and in the hallway
  • Building the cabinet doors
  • A few painting touch-ups!
  • Moving the furniture in

Woohoo!! 🙂  Can’t wait to share more in coming months!
